Another browser aimed at developers has been released, this one looks interesting:

Blisk is a free Chromium-based browser built to increase quality and speed of web development and testing

Develop and test websites that look great and work fine on any device

Fully emulated phones and tablets inside
URL and scroll of desktop and mobile are in sync
Blisk refreshes pages automatically on file change

OMG, i LOVEEEEEEEEEEEE it
thakns chris, can't wait to show helena, exactly what she ahs been looking for but up till now has had to use 2 screens

It's pretty cool eh - I'm trying to build a bit of a collection of browsers and devices, this one stood out :)

not sure when but many of the features are now turned off and are a paid monthly subscription.
still usable for basic viewing
