The ShipYourEnemiesGlitter.com Listing on Flippa
After publicly mentioning that the site was up for sale, it was no surprise to see it promptly listed on the popular marketplace Flippa.
It didn’t take long before comments started coming in hard and fast, including the spammy-style comments popular auctions attract. Most of them are promoting copy cat sites called every variation of ShipYourEnemiesGlitter.com you can imagine. As you can see below, even right off the bat, there were comments from some serious accounts.
There are also a few humorous comments too.
The Flippa listing itself has a lengthy description with various sections. It’s worth jumping on and ‘Watching’ just to follow along.
The business “gurus” are all talking about how stupid the idea is, and how the site has “crashed” or couldn’t be sustained, but somehow I don’t think Mathew cares what they think. The results of auction will tell the tale.
It might not be the biggest sale of the year, but I’m sure it’s going to break some records, at least for media attention.
While we were writing this, the stats keep increasing. We’ll keep the post updated, but if you’re interested, check out the listing for ShipYourEnemiesGlitter.com on Flippa. We’ve also got a thread kicking off on DNTrade here.
