Summary – Combined published .au domain drops and catalogue sales – 11 June 2013 to 22 September 2013
The volume and value of domains sold on any given day in Australia can fluctuate quite dramatically depending on various factors such as the domain quality and demand. In June, DNTrade started to track these variations and plan to continue reporting them for the benefit of the Australian community of domain investors and developers. Since early June, we have seen a minimum of 12 domains sold on the drops/catalogue sales on one day compared to a maximum of 73 being sold on another. Daily value of these domains ranges anywhere from a minimum of $189 to a maximum of $34,331.

- At a total overall value of $89,082
On any given day in Australia, you can expect to see…
- Around 35 .au domains are being caught on the Australian or sold via catalogue
- Of those domains around 32 are typically .com.au’s and 3 that are .net.au’s
- At a total average value of around $2,991 each day (Median Value $1,913)
- With .net.au’s selling on average for approximately $34 each
- And .com.au’s selling on average for approximately $89 each
