Well i have been on line waiting for live help for over half an hour now and i wish to transfer a name from bottle to godaddy, but i need to unlock and cant find the feature in domain manager to do this ??

Does anyone know where i can access this feature , because i have the feeling 'live help' might be asleep ??

If they think i am going to pay them $27.50 to renew a .com they are nuts

I have sent an email asking them to unlock the domain and if they dont i will report it to the auda

I have no faith in them to do the correct thing , has anyone here recently transfered a name away from bottle ?

Did i mention ..... i hate bottle domains

i finally rang only to be told all domains are unlocked and unless you submit support ticket they stay unlocked ? are they kidding
