I too dont understand some of the prices paid for some domains, though i have noticed that some domains are bought out by big gambling companies. With some of those numbered domains though, they just have an image on the page, no ads, no parking, nothing, just an image. Was quite strange to see actually.

now anyone looking at most of those domains wouldn't think they would fetch that kind of money...I am sticking by my "it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it" statement....
