Here's something I found last night that may be useful for those of us with a mobile app rather than a mobile optimised website.

I have tested in on a site I was playing with and seems to work fine.
It's a script that detects if the browser is using an iPhone/iPod to browse your site, then alerts them (once per session) and asks if they want to download your app from the app store. It then links off to the app.
Likewise if they are using Android it will link off to the marketplace.
I think it's a brilliant little addition i'll be implementing on all of my sites with corresponding apps.
