If you are making an offer for a domain and you know that a domainer is offering the name it pays to inform the vendor that you are a domainer ..

Everybody wants a jackpot price for their domains they are not to know that you are not an end user on the other end of that enquiry unless you tell them .. such info can be a game changer if you can get a dialogue going with the vendor ..
