spotted a piece in the australian today about a company in liquidation and the liquidator is trying to sell smart.com.au and other smartxxx domain names by tender.

Maybe the car company would by interested?

Unless there is traffic or some other business element I think it is going to be difficult to sell via tender, would think the names is worth very low 4 figures ($1XXX) so not worth any kind of complicated process. Might go for a song if people have to jump through hoops.
