I just got an offer of 1K for property course.com.au
site has traffic (1200) unique visitors per month... and ranking etc should I sell it? |

Is it making you any money? It's a fairly lucrative niche, so at 1200 visits a month, you should be able to make $50-$100 a month with it through Adsense and affil programs. $1000 doesn't seem like much when you think about it as only 1-2 years revenue.
I'd say if you don't need the money, hold on to it - or at least push for a slightly better price. Think about how quickly the company buying the name would make back that $1000 with 40 potential leads per day!

I might be missing something but this domain does not seem that great really. I think $1000 is a reasonable offer. If you have no plans for the site, I would sell.

sell it and simply unify the still available '.net' and '.net.au' if you have plans for the name one day.
