This is another one I found a month or two back which was beating Apple.com at the time (it's dropped a few spots when I last checked).

Umm its very easy change the meta description on your index page...

If you are talking about the ACAI graphics, copy them of those websites..

The first one is not the best, no call to action in the meta description...And if you piss off other SEO's it could turn out messy, but yeah very cheeky lol...
