Yesterday i finished my 2nd apprenticeship ..... 4 years no smoking !!!

now i can afford petrol !

You're funny Spacey - but still a great achievement. I'm 15 years reformed - proud to say total abstinence. Booze is different though.

What was your first apprenticeship?

spray painter ,pleased to say i had x-ray last week and all is good , and none if this nicorette crap to give up , i think if you want to , you will.

i still get a craving once a day , but it only lasts 10 seconds and then i forget all about it . you know you are a non smoker when you can go to the pub and not 'need' a smoke with your beer

i gave up weed and smoking on the same day .......sorry but i like a couple of beers
