Default Potential support issues

As you may be aware there is potential for flooding in Brisbane. While our offices are fine, we have closed early today and staff have been sent home as a precaution.

While we have limited access please bear with us if support seems a little slow.

There's a fair bit of talk about datacentres losing power feeds as Energex is cutting some power tonight and more tomorrow morning for an extended period (ie. as long as the water levels pose threats to safety).

I can't confirm it but it would affect most Brisbane DCs AFAIK. Will it affect DROP?

Good question. Potential power outages in Brisbane won't impact the drop auction as our Data Centre is down south, however if we lose power in our Brisbane office support will be unavailable.
