yes you would need the specific font installed on your keyboard , it could be that the latin letters are equivelant to the alphabet that has been installed , it may work out that if you are from the area of the font it is just a 'normal' keyboard
I have a couple of runic one character domains ( runic is an old german alphabet) but i cant post them here because they don't appear as they are. although i have attached a file with them on it
