My experience is limited with them.
Basically they took 3 days to get back to me regarding a sales question. (Not sure if that was a one off instance) Now imagine how long its going to take them for a support question? = NO Thanks!

I intend to actually try and do something with my reseller account this year - perhaps sticking a hot girl into the design might be a good place to start then lol
