A generic two word .com that pulls in $10,000 a year from PPC ads with a minisite

Given that
- the site requires absolute zero maintenance
- majority of the traffic comes from search engine
- the site has been performing like this for 1.5 years and revenue/traffic are both on the rise
- good potential for further enhancement

How many years of revenue multiples would you pay for?

It's been proven for some domains which get only PPC especially from organic will achieve 10 times earnings.

If it has the potential to climb higher up the engines and be developed in to a larger site then you could solidify 10x.
