Some good names there Kasey, in particular MelbourneAustralia and QueenslandAustralia - I imagine particularly for international users.

Both have quite large search volume...

Possibly worth 15k+ wholesale IMO, maybe slightly more.

I agree with the others. I wouldn't part with melbourneaustralia.com.au for less than $20K but this isn't based on anything scientific.

Somehow I don't think they own the domains, or at least melbourneaustralia.com.au which is a 10 year old established web site.
