Good find. I find it interesting how many business people will proceed when the terms are very shady with regard to the sharing of information and privacy. In effect, they are offering people some very cheap and easy to use software, a domain name registration and a 10MB website hosting plan for the right to monetise their business and individual information. I think it will be well received and those not smart enough to read the tos will indefinitely find out that nothing in life is free, not even for their "1 year and 2 year" free period.
