It depends on who you are targeting. Having videotravel.com.au is better imo. It is easier to remember.

A longer domain for SEO purposes can be beneficial too but it would be a hassle for people to remember.

Shorter is generally my idea.

I've got VideoDestinations.com - kind of along the same theme.
Out of yours I prefer VideoTravel.com.au
