I've had this domain last-minute.com.au for a while now and was wondering if I develop it, does it infringe on the company lastminute.com.au or lastminute.com. Surely this would not be the case?
I know its probably a silly question, but have always wondered. Don |

After a few emails from some fellow domainers, I will not be developing this domain, far too risky.
Just amazes me how such a generic term can be trademarked so much. I suppose its no different to someone owning apple.net.au and selling mobile phones. Don |

I guess the question being Don, had LastMinute.com not done so much work in creating their brand would you a) have bought that domain and b) related it to the travel industry?
You could certainly use the name if it was unrelated. |

Big TM issues. Current usage presents problems in terms of being travel related and the same colour scheme as lastminute.com. Would let it drop.

The question still remains, if you don't think these names are worth $0 what do you think they can actually be sold for? |
