I'd say $XXX to a US web developer.
I wouldn't think it'd be worth huge amounts to an Australian domainer or web developer. |

If you find the right buyer definitely.
The only issues I see with it are it's "home loans" not "home loan" which drops the search volume and a little bit of brandability and that it's .net not .com and maybe more importantly that the good sale prices have been for .com.au's I wouldn't be surprised at all if you got low $X,XXX for it, but it all comes down to finding the right buyer and I think it will be much harder with a domain with the above drawbacks mentioned. At the end of the day my opinion doesn't count for anything as it's what the market is willing to pay. |

I think it is worth more then $xxx, I would guess around low $x,xxx but really you need to research the US market, personally I would get this site ranked "www.homeloanscalculator.org" currently ranks for these keywords I feel that your domain is far better TLD.
