Question help with cricket

There is a cricket in this place but can't locate it...second night in a row, it's louder than my music, how do I kill it???

I can't have pets as per tenancy rule so lizard/cat/dog is not an option.

It is driving me crazy....does not stop a second unless I get up looking for it...but really am worried it's in the roof.

I did but I could not wait anymore after the second night of "singing".

I borrowed a cat and the cricket was shortly an unpleasant memory.
