After getting a cortizone injection into my shoulder joint yesterday which was maybe the most painful thing i have exerienced ? i have this warning for you guys and girls , i asked why this happened ? (my frozen shoulder) the answer was 'perhaps over use ? or at the computer too long" ??? ...... say what

it seems a good idea to get up every half an hour and rotate your arms to keep them loose , trust me you dont want the needle ..... it hurts like hell !!
