I need some help with Google Docs, email us / contact us templates - used one but on the response back to the submitter where you can put a custom message (thanks for joining) - it has two links on the bottom that the submitter sees - "create new form" and "back to form templates" - anybody know how to get rid of that content ?? I have tried everything except a 2lb hammer (came close)
