I was just wondering if anyone knew Google's policy on placing Google AdSense on sites that have essentially only one page of original content - the homepage - plus a privacy policy and contact us page?
I got a few domains that I'd just like throw something up on because I don't have time just yet to get to developing content for them. And I also want to make sure I fulfill the domain monetisation rule by AUDA - http://www.auda.org.au/policies/auda-2008-10/ Thoughts? Suggestions? Last edited by Chris.C; 27-10-10 at 01:12 AM.. |

Is there content on the one page? If so I don't think there would be a problem.

Yes it should be fine (based on my experience). As long as you have enough content (which you need anyway to target the ads)
One of the big problems with the monetisation rule is auDA are not able to easily define monetisation. When does a typical parked page (ie 90% content is ads) become a normal website that is advertising supported. Anyway the site you describe is to the 'right' of a typical parked page so you shouldn't have a problem with eligibility.
