This domain is currently for sale on NetFleet. It has a target price of $1500; and NF's domain valuation tool (guide only) puts it at $1904. I have owned it for a couple of years.

It currently has a mini-site with WhyPark, and so far this month has had 108 unique visits.

I was recently challenged on my right to hold this domain, but auDA ruled in my favour.

I would normally try and sell this myself, however am currently too busy with other projects!
