Finance folio fire sale

This is a bulk domain name sale and there will be cherry picking allowed, but the prices will not be fire sale on the cherries. There are .com, .net, .com.au and .net.au within the folio. Some are supporting of brand of the domain name. After a few emails and people wanting to cherry pick at seriously ridiculous prices, I decided to go ahead and post a follow up sale price here and if the person that wants to acquire the folio posts SOLD here, then I will honour a 10% commission to DNTrade.com.au for the deal. Folio for sale as indicated by the link above with all domains to be sold for a cash price of $40k +gst. I do know that 4 to 5 of the domain names are independently worth $5k to $6k and those are the offers in which I was receiving $500 for therefore wanted to place this follow up post here. This is not an auction format of accepting offers above $40k +gst, it's merely first in best dressed that places SOLD in this thread. We'll sort out the details privately after that.

How can a domain name be 'independently worth' something?
A thing is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

Hi Jonathan. In the context of my statement above, I was referring to each name independently. I would like to expand on your statement of "A thing is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it." This is true, however, some thing are worth variable values dependent upon the date in which it is offered for sale, the participants involved in an item, whether or not that item is unique and also was everybody that would be "willing to pay" for that item informed that it was for sale and are indeed participating. Thanks for your comment, it does not fall in line with the thread posting rules, but I don't see any harm in it and I learned from it and hopefully someone will as well too.
