Default Favourite fonts?

I'm just interested as to your opinions on what are some of the best fonts to use in web design?

What are your favourites? Feel free to show examples.

I personally like Arial, quite a clean font. Helvetica is also fantastic.

Never really thought about specific fonts for web design

My favs are Century Gothic, Trebuchet, Calibri

You'd have to consider fonts installed across all platforms. Windows/Linux/Mac

Except Helvetica doesn't come with Windows.. luckily Arial is basically a clone.

Verdana is a good choice too
