Default The 'Fastest' Registrar?

Just wondering how long it takes you to get a domain registration 'approved'. My current registrar takes up to an hour, which is kind've excruciating for an impatient person like myself.

Are there any registrars that grab the domain for you instantaneously?

Hmm, well looks like I can answer my own question on this one - Intaserve seem to reg. the domain as soon as they process your payment.

Good questions. I'm not sure.

But I do know that Cheaper Domains automatically registers once payment is approved UNLESS something in the order gets flagged for manual review.

I'm not sure how many other registrars have completely automated systems.

I thought all registrars had to manually approve an application/registration as a rule

I think so.

My registrar moves very slow, usually takes few hours to few days...

Not that I'm aware of. Just needs to meet the criteria, doesn't say how it should be done.
