does anybody lease out there domains and is it allowed for .au

there is a member here who has some for lease , their name escapes me at the moment , i did sell the domain ......namelease.tv a while ago (not for much)

Surely it's allowed, you are essentially licensing your IP to another Company. I dont see how there could be any issues...
In saying this, it's always great to be the owner of the domain as the leasee will do a lot of good things for your domain, ie IBL However, not so good to be held ransom for a domain you wish to continue to use. Would be very interested in the definitive answer. |
