Isnt Groupon a copy from some Chinese website business model anyway who did it first?

It was a westernized version of Tuangou, but they didn't copy or clone any specific chinese site. Most Tuangou were for tangible goods.

from the 2000 .com bubble, Etrade did not go belly-up.
