Default Dark Blue Sea and Domain8

Does the recent acquisition of Domain8, making them an owner of a registrar, mean that their opportunities of building a portfolio of .au domains limited? We all know how large their .com portfolio is, but with all the rules as a registrar, is it possible for them to build a large portfolio of .au domain names?

Ahh right, so as an investor they as DBS have no problems of buying/selling .au domain names, as long as Domain8 isn't involved?

They have actually been growing their .au portfolio very agressively for over a year now and is already quite large, I dont think the investment in D8 will alter this.
