http://www.ddns.com.au/domain-names-for-sale.php

This site has a HUGE list of .au domains for sale with prices, i think nearly all of them are suburb names.

I want to see a list of .au's that have actually sold and what price they went for.

^ i think alot of the prices there a fairly high for this current market.
There are similar domains that are listed on that site that are still available for registration.
90% of the domains there are small suburbs (geo), i suggest that they have all been owned and put on the site by the one entity.

The domainshed design is quite good in terms of function. It's not stylish but it works.

I'm not a fan of the domainshed website. It just looks cheap and clunky, as if someone has just downloaded a program and used the default crappy template it comes with it.

Nameseek is pretty decent though. Here's another new .au domain name website - http://www.nameyourdomain.com.au . Though its getting no traffic atm i think it has good potential. looks great and seems to work well too. I also saw this on google - http://www.domaininformer.com/news/p...EasytoUse.html

See this page: http://www.domaintradingpost.com.au/aftermarket-sales/ or subscribe to the RSS feed.

In regards to the geo's alot of them are owned by placenames.com.au. There is lots of interest from real estate agents in small geos, the sales page reflects what they are currently willing to pay.
