I noticed colesmyer.com listed sold at dnjournal ($2,200)

i wonder if the new comapny purchased it , maybe they went for .com because they are aiming for world wide activities ?

Considering the domain is just parked, i don't think that Coles Myer actually bought the domain.

I may be wrong, but as far as I know there is no 'ColesMyer' anymore. Coles is owned by Wesfarmers. Myer is publicly listed.

Yeah, this is a weird one... Personally I wouldn't have touched that domain with a 10 foot pole, let alone paid a couple of grand for it.
