Default Click Bombed!

At first I was like "WOW 50% CTR!" and then it dawned on me something was up.

Some clown decided to take to one of my sites and click a bunch of ads around 100 times.

I took down the ads and then notified Google through their report invalid click form and added additional plugins like statcounter so that I can grab their IP if they attempt to do it again. Put the ads back up once that was all put in place.

Anyone else experienced this before? A little frustrating some random idiot can pull my account into question. I've not been paid for the clicks thankfully.

Anything more I can do? Treading in unfamiliar water here.

That's annoying. I've thought about this in the past, but more so on the other side where someone clicks on heaps of your adwords ads and uses up your daily budget on dud clicks. I would imagine Google's systems are good enough that they can pick up these issues, regardless of whether it's your adwords or adsense.
