hadhad, Drop, Domain Watch and NetFleet's backorder service have the opportunity to get these domains, so the answer is NO you are not guaranteed unless you were the highest bidder on Drop and Domain Watch and had backordered it previously on NetFleet.

Drop have been doing really well of late though!

What's obvious is that the bidders seems to have plenty of cash, what with 16k bids etc.

Wonder who got photon.com.au? given the takeover etc.
