Default ApartmentReviews.com.au - includes established website

Any suggestions for a value on this one? The domain itself probably isn't worth much, but it does have a developed website that garners around 200 visits a day.

Income is limited to around $50 a month, but could be much higher if someone had the time and motivation to get stuck into it.

Where is the best place to sell something like this?

Cheers
Shane.

Nice site - I agree it could prob do very well if someone made a commitment to it.

Hard to value - more used to putting a value on domains rather than websites.

If you are committed to sell it, stick it on Netfleet and Flippa. Maybe give Ebay a whiz too as it's developed.

Good luck

Depending on your newsletter list size - Flippa sites in most cases I've seen go for 8-10 times monthly earnings.

With 200 visitors a day and the topic your site is on, I think you should be earning much more than $50/month. I don't know what your eCPM is but I think you should be able to comfortably get it up to around the $10 mark with some simple Google AdSense integration.

Before you sell it I'd throw some aggressive advertising up there, and try and bump that monthly income up because that is what most people are flippa will be looking at.

Try and squeeze in a Google AdSense large block ad somewhere prominent. They tend to perform quite well. AdSense link units also tend to perform well for their size.

I also recommend flippa.

Best of luck with the sale.

Finally decided to put the site for sale of Flippa, and my reserve has already been met.

https://flippa.com/auctions/117538/A...e---Australian

At the current price of $1,500 I'll be making a loss on the cost of the coding (not to mention hundreds of hours of my own work!) but I'll be happy to see the site go to a new home where it can reach its full potential, and I can put the cash towards my proper business.
