Agreed - $22k is less than 160 hours work for most designers - probably 1 new custom job and they'd break even.

I know an avalanche of unemployed or freelance designer who work for $10/hour.

Would be worth that money and then some to a pro Web Designer company all Day long ..

8 Year old Web Site ... pure generic .. where were the big boys .. they still dont get it ..

Any designer working for 10$ needs a new career
Australia has a Min. Wage of $15 per hour, even for Macca Workers
