Ned gave me a shove to add my introduction and hence here it is. You will probably need a coffee to read all this

Been in domains for a number of years, at one stage owned some 1000+ domains all with development ideas. Sold many, let others expire simply as was not going to get around to developing them, still hold a few hundred but lost track of which ones at this stage

I work 48 hours a week in emergency resource management (so if you see me running you know the situation is bad) Probably spend another 48 hours a week trying to develop, tweek, procrastinate about 3 or 4 web sites projects, and another 48 hours trend trading shares, commodities, forex, options, etf's etc. - No wonder I get very little sleep

Main themes of the web site projects are Travel / Tourism and Finance / Investment to match my trend trading activities. Extensively use Google Adsense across the Joomla based web sites. Playing with desktop video for the trading charts uploaded to YouTube and placed on the sites for the finance sites. Whether I get the sites completely finished or sell the domains is another question.

I wouldn't think that'd be the case, I'd say it's more likely a mix of actual users online and bots online considering that some crawl bots will actually use multiple threads to crawl sites.
