Revenue I have a deal set up with FirstFolio but not the best deal so revenue figures become irrelevant.

Traffic - again, site is ranking for two keyword phrases at #1 and if the interest rates keep rising then this site will get even more traffic.

Site needs some TLC to boost traffic.
