As most people around know that eBay has brought in ridiculous rules to force sellers to offer PayPal as a form of payment, and soon to scrap all other forms of payment apart from COD. The ACCC has realised that this is anti-competitive behaviour to online payment companies and has issued a draft proposal to revoke the online sellers immunity to anti-competitive behaviour.
