Limited in my view. Would have said mid 3 figures for the .com, I don't much value in the .net. The term itself isn't bad though in terms of being pretty obvious and better than 99% of the 3d terms being registered by domainers.
For a buyer it is basically speculating that the term will take off (not entirely sure it will). Surely if the technology takes off it is going to be a very cheap addition and probably a standard thing. What does a blu ray recorder really need to be 3d compatible? I doubt it is anything more than a few lines of code.
It is really a term that might make it in a not so good extension, I don't think buyers are going to pay much.
