$50k - decent offer, but still miles from the Buy Now price

The owner seems to know his stuff ( has over 1500 domain names and knows a lot about online property and bricks and mortor realestate also so hope he can get what he is after for it.

I'd take $100k if you can get it mate but go for it who knows who is out there and wants it.. Small money for a big investor or asx company to pay for it.... dont lose a sale but if it gets near the 100k mark .. dont forget poker.com.au sold for 100k

What i find peculiar is that none of the names with really high decent offers like safebanking.com.au etc never get accepted and sold, maybe its just me.

Yes.. know what you mean but the owner of Acommodation is well known , very respected and has been a major player in domain names for many many years. He's also very successful in real estate so maybe he can pull off a big sale and "close" the sale

At 100k I would sell it ( he owns 1500 more names!) Maybe he knows the buyers and knows they have more money left to bid but. Looks like 6 different bidders going for it

Good luck for him.. "a rising tide lifts all boats"

i think you are talking about accomodation.com.au with one M as opposed to the one for sale with 2 Ms, agree that good sales help us all.

i stand corrected, looks like the owners of both of these names are pretty big players.
